MindLabs Meets will take place on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. The doors will open at 10:00 AM for the day program, which runs until 5:00 PM. The evening program starts at 3:30 PM and ends around 9:00 PM. Do you have a combo ticket? Then you’re welcome from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM.

General information
Where will the event take place?
MindLabs Meets will be hosted at the MindLabs building in Tilburg. For navigation, you can enter the following address into Google Maps: Locomotief Boulevard 101.
What are the opening hours?
The day program at MindLabs Meets kicks off at 10:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM. Evening guests can join from 3:30 PM for the keynote presentation. From 5:30 PM, guests are invited to the Gourmet Market in the Spoorzone for dinner and drinks. The MindLabs building reopens at 6:30 PM for the continuation of the evening program until around 9:00 PM.
How do I get to the venue?
The MindLabs building is located directly across from Tilburg Central Station, just a 5-minute walk from the main entrance.
Arriving by bike?
You can park your bike for free at one of the NS bike parking facilities across from our building by showing your public transport card (OV-kaart). Bikes can also be parked in our underground parking on the east side of the building.
Arriving by car?
Paid parking is available at several nearby parking garages: Parking Zwijsen, Parking Tivoli, and Parking Spoorzone P2. Each is approximately a 5- to 10-minute walk from the MindLabs entrance.
Arriving by public transport?
The nearest bus and train stop is Tilburg Central Station. From there, it’s only a 5-minute walk to our main entrance.

Tickets
What types of tickets are available?
You can choose from four ticket varieties. With a day ticket (€ 40,00) you are welcome from morning through late afternoon. You’ll have access to the entire daytime program and enjoy a fully catered lunch.
Not available during the day? No problem, the evening ticket (€30,00) gives you access from 3:30 PM onward. You’ll be able to attend the closing of the day program and the full evening program. Between 5:00 and 6:30 PM, you can enjoy a meal at the Gourmet Market in the Spoorzone.
Don’t want to miss a thing? Choose the combo ticket (€60,00) and enjoy full access to both the day and evening programs. Including all meals and drinks.
Are you a student? Then you can choose the budget-friendly student ticket (€12,50) that gives you access to the full day program. Note: lunch is not included in this ticket. A valid student ID is required.
What should I do if I haven’t received my ticket?
Purchased a ticket but haven’t received it yet? Please check your spam folder and your bank statement to confirm that the payment was successful. Still nothing? Ticket delivery can take up to 2 hours. If you haven’t received anything after that, please contact the organization via meetus@mind-labs.eu.

Food & drinks
What’s included in a day ticket?
The standard day ticket includes a fully catered lunch. Stroll among the food trucks and there is bound to be a meal that suits your needs. In addition, you can enjoy coffee and tea throughout the day.
What's included in an evening ticket?
The evening ticket includes consumption tokens which you can use to buy a meal at the Gourmet Market. Don’t forget to sign in at the MindLabs building to collect your tokens. During the evening program, you can enjoy drinks and bites as well.
What's included in a combo ticket?
The combot icket includes a full lunch at noon at one of the foodtrucks. You can also enjoy unlimited coffee and tea throughout the day. In the break before the evening program begins, you can get a meal at the Gourmet Market with consumption tokens. In the evening, of course, you can enjoy drinks and bites as well.
What if I have allergies or special dietary needs?

Gourmet Market
Dinner will be provided at the Gourmet Market. Don’t forget to collect your consumption tokens from the organization in advance by signing in at the desk in the MindLabs building. Your consumption tokens will allow you to choose from a variety of dishes at the Gourmet Market.
